Major surgery begins with minor manipulations that constantly accompany
surgeons in their daily work. The methodological recommendation presents the
technical aspects of performing the main diagnostic and therapeutic interventions
necessary in emergency surgery. The indications, contraindications, technical
performance and possible complications are described.
